1:1 Behaviour Support Mentor for Year 6

Aspire People is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant for a North Manchester school. The role involves providing day-long 1:1 support to two Year 6 pupils with differing needs, ensuring engagement and progress through calm, consistent guidance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND/SEMH and be a strong team player, able to adapt strategies and build positive relationships with staff and pupils alike.
