1:1 Behaviour TA — Calm, Consistent Support in Primary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is recruiting a proactive 1:1 Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a Lewisham primary school. The role focuses on providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with significant behavioural needs and helping access lessons throughout the school day.

You will work closely with the class teacher and support staff to implement strategies that promote calm, engagement and progression, while maintaining a trauma-informed, compassionate approach.
