1:1 Functional Skills Tutor – SEND/SEMH (Luton, Flexible)

AP Education is seeking a dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to provide 1:1 support in Luton for KS3–KS4 students with SEND/SEMH needs. The role offers flexible, term-time hours and an hourly rate; you will deliver Functional Skills or SEND-specific content and collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic support.

You will use compassionate, proactive strategies to help learners engage and progress, with baseline assessments and regular progress reporting to tailor interventions.
