1:1 Learning Support Assistant - Education/Psychology Grad

Guardian Jobs is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant for a secondary school in Harlow. The role focuses on delivering one-to-one academic, social and emotional support to a student, aiding curriculum access and independent learning.

The ideal graduate will hold a 2:1 or first-class degree in Psychology, Education or related field and bring empathy, patience and a proactive approach to coordinating with teachers and the SENDCo to foster a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
