1:1 Qualified Teaching Assistant: Personal Learning Support

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals to support pupils with additional needs in a primary classroom. You will provide one-to-one assistance during lessons, transitions and breaks, helping create a calm and safe space for learning.

You will collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to tailor activities to each pupil's needs, using creativity and empathy to unlock potential. This role values attitude and commitment, with full safeguarding training provided.
