1:1 Reception TA for ASD — Calm, Positive Behaviour

Aspire People are recruiting for a strong and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Reception pupil with ASD in a Birmingham primary school.

The pupil is energetic and requires a confident adult who can set clear boundaries, manage behaviour positively and keep him safe throughout the day. The role also involves toileting support and building a trusting relationship to encourage engagement and independence throughout the day.
