1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant — Support & Elevate Learning

Aspire People are recruiting for a SEN Provision Teaching Assistant in Wednesbury. The role focuses on providing tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning and grow in confidence within the school environment.

You will assist with planning engaging activities, support behavioural strategies, and work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to promote social and emotional development. Training and development opportunities are offered.
