The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a KS1 child with ASD, helping them engage with lessons, build confidence and develop positive social skills. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised support strategies, encourage positive behaviour and promote independence throughout the school day. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive and passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning. Previous SEN experience is essential for this role.
