This role is ideal if you're patient, encouraging, and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.

Supporting one pupil throughout the school day.
Helping them access learning and stay engaged in lessons.
Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO.
Building a positive, trusting relationship that helps the child succeed academically and socially.
Encouraging confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience as a:
Teaching Assistant
Behaviour Mentor

Psychology Graduate
SEN Support Worker
What you'll receive:
✔ Full-time, long-term opportunity
✔ Competitive daily pay
✔ September start
✔ Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement
✔ Opportunity to gain valuable SEN experience in a supportive primary school
If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely change a child's school experience, we'd love to hear from you.
