This is a broad and varied role, as a Technical Associate you will be able to understand complex subjects, produce high-quality work and help drive momentum across the group's key strategic priorities. Combining analytical, communication and delivery responsibilities, you'll play an important role in supporting executive decision-making and ensuring initiatives progress effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• A key part of the CEO's team - working closely with them and Directors.
• Help drive strategic momentum across the business.
• Preparing reports, briefing notes, speeches, presentations and meeting materials.
• Conducting research into markets, competitors, technologies, businesses and strategic opportunities.
• Analysing financial, commercial and operational information and presenting clear findings.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product training as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track engagement in CRM systems.

About
