As a 1st Line Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support issues, delivering excellent service and ensuring users receive prompt and effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1st Line technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops and mobile devices Managing user accounts and permissions Escalating more complex issues to senior engineers when required Maintaining accurate ticket updates and documentation Delivering an excellent customer experience at every interactionAbout You
We're open to candidates from MSP's or internal IT support environments. The most important thing is that you have a solid grounding in IT support and the desire to keep learning.
You'll ideally have:
At least 12 months' experience in a 1st Line IT Support role Experience working within an MSP or internal IT environment Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems Basic networking knowledge Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive and positive attitude The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to location)Why Apply?
