What You Will Do
- Research clients, industries, and market trends to help teams prepare for meetings, pitches, and strategic conversations.
- Turn data and market insight into concise presentations, talking points, and recommendations for internal and client‑facing discussions.
- Support account planning, pipeline tracking, and opportunity analysis to help teams prioritize where to focus.
- Collaborate with senior professionals across coverage, product, and strategy teams to connect client needs to BNY capabilities.

Our 24-month rotational Analyst Program is designed to set you up for success from day one. Program eligibility:
- Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related degrees preferred
- Graduating in Summer 2027
- Minimum 2:1 or higher
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the countrywhere applying.
