As a participant in our **12-month Corporate Placements Programme in the Small Luxury Hotel's Department** , youre not just gaining hands-on experience at our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Headquarters in Watford youre spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by contributing to the memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

• *Our Placement Opportunity**

You will directly support the new development phase of properties to the partnership, as well as setting up new processes to enhance the support and capabilities for existing participating Hotels. This is an exciting opportunity to support a relatively new area for the business in Partnerships, growing both in number of properties as well as commercially. SLH & Hilton's partnership has grown exponentially since it's launch in 2024 and keeps Hilton at the forefront of the industry.

Here's a glimpse of some of the things you will be working on: Build, review, and launch hotel's back end profiles, helping properties go live and start selling on Hilton channels. Developing and managing communications for both internal and external partners, such as team announcements, newsletters and Property updates. Reviewing and supporting enhancements to global partnership processes, within the team's jurisdiction as well as with other departments engaged in the partnership. Coordinating key events and meeting series for the team. Supporting the needs of hotels, through all key stages of participation life-cycle. Undertaking and analysing regular reporting, to support Director and Brand leadership. Supporting the SLH corporate partnership requests, as well as from global stakeholders and, as necessary, work across the business to develop the solutions needed.

• *What Were Looking For**

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values in addition to the following criteria: A strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. A current bachelors or masters student completing a degree that includes a required 12-month year in industry placement. Availability to begin full-time employment on 5th July 2027, for a full-time 12-month placement. You must have the independent right to work in the UK for the full duration of the 12-month placement. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, so we are unable to consider applications from candidates who would require sponsorship. If you hold a visa or status that allows you to work in the UK full-time without sponsorship (e.g. Settled Status, Pre-Settled Status, where a 12-month work placement is a permitted, required & assessed part of your UK University degree, or other independent work permissions), you are welcome to apply. Fluency in English (spoken and written). You should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in hospitality with a passion for customer service. Strong communication, collaboration and team work. Project management skills. Attention to detail. Digital literacy - strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
