24/7 Fire First Response Lead: Safety & Evacuation

Securitas is seeking a Fire First Response Officer in Worcester to act as the initial responder to fire activations and to support safe evacuations across customer buildings. The role requires a proactive, on-site presence and a commitment to fire safety 24/7.

You will liaise with Fire Services, assess risks, maintain equipment, and participate in training to uphold our core safety standards and policies.
