2nd-Line IT Engineer: Infrastructure & App Support

La Fosse in Chippenham, UK, is seeking a hands-on 2nd Line Support Engineer to join its IT function. You will own incidents not resolved at first line and take ownership through to resolution across end-user computing, M365, identity, and network infrastructure.

You'll work across Windows 10/11, Active Directory/Entra ID, endpoint management, patching, software deployments, and VPN/DNS/DHCP. Exposure to deployments, upgrades and application rollouts provides broader infrastructure experience.
