2nd Line NetApp Storage & Backup Engineer

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking a 2nd Line Storage Engineer to join our secure, enterprise-scale environment in Stevenage. The role focuses on the support, administration and development of NetApp storage and Cohesity backup platforms, ensuring availability across three data centres.

You'll handle 2nd line support, incident resolution, and collaboration with customers and technical teams while adhering to ITIL processes and defined SLAs.
