We’re looking for 3 ambitious and articulate SDRs to join one of the UK’s leading technology and managed services providers at an exciting stage of growth.

Our client is a real estate technology company providing an AI-powered investment platform for institutional residential property investors. The platform combines market intelligence, property analysis and financial modelling to help investors and developers identify, evaluate and manage residential real estate opportunities more efficiently. As a growing startup, it’s an exciting time to join the business and play a key role in shaping its future.

The Role

As an SDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, engaging prospective customers and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.

This role focuses on outbound lead generation, inbound lead qualification and marketing follow-up activities. Working closely with sales and marketing, you’ll help create a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and engage their prioritised target accounts through outbound activity (calls, emails and social selling)
• Deliver personalised, account-based outreach campaigns tailored to individual organisations and stakeholders
• Generating high-quality meetings and opportunities
• Follow up inbound enquiriesand marketing-generated leads
• Clearly communicate their clients proposition, demonstrating how their solutions can solve their current challenges and requirements
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding eachprospect’scurrent technology setup, challenges and decision-making processes
• Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, events and webinars, following up with attendees and converting engagement into qualified meetings
• Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets within a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
• Maintain accurate CRM records while continuously refining outreach approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates

The Opportunity

• £32,000-£35,000basic salary(based on experience)+ OTE
• Clear progression path to AE in under 12 months
• Two weeks of industry-leading Furza sales training in Manchester (ISP accredited)
• Structured ongoing coaching and development from Furza & the client
• 5 days in the office

Training and Development

We prioritise your development! You’ll be enrolled in Furza’s industry-leading Sales Academy, tailored specifically to your role. This includes three weeks of face-to-face sales training in Manchester, equipping you with the core skills and confidence to effectively do your role. You’ll also receive ongoing coaching in the role, alongside an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation.

In addition, you’ll receive continuous mentoring and development from the client’s leadership and sales teams, giving you the opportunity to build valuable commercial skills and develop a long-term career within technology sales.
