A259 Recruitment is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for a pan-European book printer with a site in Bognor Regis. The role leads shift teams, monitors performance against SLAs, and supports health and safety practices within a busy manufacturing environment.

The position is full-time on a rotating Treble shift (6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) with a 38.33-hour week. Previous factory supervision and strong communication are essential.
