Contract 360 Recruitment Consultant

Technology Recruitment | 360 Desk | London | Hybrid

Location: London EC3A (3 days office / 2 days home)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission

Due to continued growth, I'm looking to hire an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join my London Technology team.

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role where you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning new clients and developing existing accounts through to sourcing, compliance, placing and managing contractors.

While we recruit into the technology market, I'm open to speaking with recruiters who have contract recruitment experience from any sector . Whether you've built a desk in Technology, Engineering, Construction, Energy, Public Sector, Healthcare or another contract market, I'd like to hear from you.

The critical requirement is experience within agency 360 contract recruitment and a proven ability to generate revenue through business development, relationship management and successful contractor placements.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and growing your own specialist contract recruitment desk
• Generating new business through proactive sales activity, networking and relationship building
• Identifying opportunities within existing accounts and winning new clients
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement
• Building and maintaining a strong network of contractors
• Negotiating rates, terms and margins with clients and candidates
• Driving contractor extensions, redeployments and repeat business
• Managing compliance and onboarding processes

What I'm looking for

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency environment
• Proven success in contract recruitment
• A track record of winning new business and developing client relationships
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sales through to placement
• Confidence discussing rates, margins and commercial terms
