Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 recruitment experience. Must have knowledge of Banking and financial backgrounds.

As a consultant with some success, you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like...We need a strong track-record of successful sourcing as well as success with business development, networking and ability to build strong relationships as expected.

• Sourcing Excellence : Identify and curate top-tier candidates.
• Client Engagement : Pitch to clients, build relationships, and provide consultancy on market trends.
• Market Mapping : Dive into in-depth research and uncover opportunities.
• Business Development : Forge and grow partnerships with some of the most exciting names in the industry.

This will give you a hybrid work day pattern from central London offices

Salary : up to £50k base
