Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality character, environment, and prop animations for video games using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with game designers and art directors to establish animation styles and ensure adherence to project vision.
• Implement and refine animations within the game engine, optimizing for performance and visual fidelity.
• Work on various animation tasks, including keyframe animation, motion capture editing, and procedural animation techniques.
• Participate in animation reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of work.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator in the video game industry, with a compelling portfolio showcasing game animation examples.
• Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, weight, and appeal.
• Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote, team-based environment.
