Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deploy, and maintain 5G network elements, including RAN, Core, and transport infrastructure.
- Monitor network health, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of network performance data to optimize capacity, coverage, and user experience.
- Develop and implement configurations for network equipment, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
- Troubleshoot complex network problems, working collaboratively with other engineering teams and vendors to achieve timely resolution.
Requirements
- Significant experience in mobile network engineering, with a specific focus on 5G technologies and architecture.
- Proficiency in network protocols relevant to 5G (e.g., NSA, SA, NR, EPC, 5GC).
- Hands-on experience with network planning tools, performance monitoring systems, and element management systems.
- Understanding of RF principles and their application in mobile network design and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
