7.5 Tonne Driver – Temporary Role

We are currently recruiting experienced 7.5 Tonne Drivers for a temporary position with an immediate start.

This role involves the safe delivery and collection of a range of electrical products to customers' homes while providing excellent customer service.

• Temporary role
• Guaranteed 45 hours per week
• £14.28 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Safely delivering and collecting a range of electrical products at customers' homes.
• Providing a professional and friendly service at every delivery.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring loads are secure.
• Completing all required paperwork accurately.
• Keeping in regular contact with the transport team throughout the day.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Opportunity for progression into an installation and equipment checking role, where you will be responsible for installing products and carrying out equipment checks.

What we are looking for:

• Valid 7.5 Tonne (Category C1) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph (Digi) Card
• A DBS check is required for this role.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Previous multi-drop or home delivery experience is desirable.
