Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal presentation and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor information to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
