Account Manager Sheffield - Office Based £30,000 basic + Monthly Bonus + On-Call Pay + Private Healthcare

The Role

• Account Manager
• Based in Sheffield, office based
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and their day-to-day jobs
• Liaising with customers, engineers and internal teams to keep things moving
• Learning the technical side of the business, full training given
• Monthly bonus and on-call pay on top of basic salary
• Private healthcare included

Candidate Requirements:

• Well organised, with a good eye for detail
• Reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your own workload
• Good communicator, able to build relationships with different types of people
• Proactive, happy to ask questions and get stuck in
• Comfortable with everyday computer systems (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Any background considered, customer service, admin, operations, retail management or similar all welcome
