You will act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions that align with our service offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Develop deep understanding of client business objectives and identify opportunities for increased value.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and discuss future strategies.
- Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal sales, support, and product teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upsells and cross-sells.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Management or client-facing sales role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer success.
- Residency or willingness to commute to the Coventry area.
