About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join their remote sales team. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, and providing strategic guidance to help them maximize their investment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Develop and execute account growth plans in alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management software is essential.
