Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
• Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Track account progress and provide regular reports on client status and sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service in a remote setting .
