* Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns against agreed briefs, budgets and objectives
* Coordinate delivery with account management colleagues, internal agency teams and third-party partners

* Support tenders, research prospects and contribute to new business activity
* Provide line management and development support to Senior Account Executives and Account Executives
What we’re looking for
You’ll be well suited to this opportunity if you bring:
* At least two years’ agency experience planning and managing paid campaigns

* Excellent organisation and written communication, with the flexibility to manage changing priorities
* A collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to use your initiative
* Competence with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel
* Experience in the higher education or youth sector would be useful, but is not essential
Qualifications
Applications are welcomed from candidates with relevant professional experience. A degree in advertising, business, management, communications, English or marketing may be advantageous, but equivalent experience will also be considered.

* £45,000 salary plus bonus structure
* 26 days’ annual leave, eight bank holidays and your birthday off
* Private health plan and enhanced company pension
* Flexible hours and opportunities to work from home
* Discounted gym membership
* Regular team-building activities and away days
* Dog-friendly office with complimentary snacks and drinks
* Paid time off for charity work
