Im recruiting for an accountancy firm in Diss that needs an experienced Manager to take responsibility for a varied client portfolio. This is more than a technical review position. Youll be trusted to build relationships, guide colleagues and help clients make good decisions for their businesses.

Accountancy Practice Manager - What youll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and becoming a trusted point of contact.
• Reviewing accounts and other work prepared by the team.
• Advising clients and drawing on specialist colleagues when needed.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Building local relationships and contributing to the growth of the office.

What youll bring:

Youll be ACA or ACCA qualified, or hold an equivalent qualification, with substantial post qualified experience in an accountancy practice. Youll have managed client relationships and a team, and be comfortable combining technical oversight with hands on leadership.

Whats on offer for theAccountancy Practice Manager:

The salary is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
