Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with UK accounting standards .

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
