What will the Accounts Associate role involve?
Preparing and reviewing year-end financial statements for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
Supporting a range of advisory projects, helping clients improve financial performance and achieve their business goals
Working closely with colleagues across tax, audit and accounts teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Managing your own workload effectively, planning assignments and supporting the development of junior team members
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact and delivering exceptional service
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Associate vacancy:
ACA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying towards qualification, with previous experience gained within an accountancy practice environment
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable using Excel, Word and accounting software; previous experience with CCH or similar accounts production systems would be advantageous
Confident communicator who enjoys building professional relationships with both clients and colleagues
Motivated, ambitious and eager to continue developing professionally within a supportive team environment

Hybrid working with the flexibility to work remotely up to three days per week
Competitive salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience
