Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are working with a well-established and highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Accountants who are looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior to join their friendly and supportive team in Whitchurch.

The Role

You will work with a varied portfolio of business and personal clients, gaining broad exposure across accounts and tax.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accounts and tax returns
• Completing bookkeeping and payroll work
• Supporting clients and providing a high level of customer service
• Identifying opportunities to support and develop client relationships

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience within an accountancy practice
• AAT qualified or currently studying towards AAT (ACA / ACCA trainees and QBE also considered DOE)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
• Accurate, proactive and solution-focused
• Positive team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Keen to develop professionally and embrace training and feedback
