Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts Semi Senior to join a well-established accountancy firm in Coventry.
This is a varied practice role covering accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping and VFO work, with the opportunity to work closely with a range of owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
The Role
- Preparing accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- VFO and outsourced finance work
- Bookkeeping and VAT returns
- Dealing with client queries
- Liaising directly with clients
- Supporting the wider accounts team
About You
- Around 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice
- AAT Level 4 qualified, studying towards AAT Level 4 or qualified by experience
- Good experience of accounts preparation
- Some experience of management accounts and/or VFO work
- Good communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
