My growing, busy and forward thinking professional services client in Chelmsford, have the need for anAccounts Supervisorto join their team purely due to growth.
- Sales ledger - Input, allocation, remittances, reviewing suspended accounts.
- Liaising regularly with various inhouse and external teams.
- Handle allocation queries.
- Documentation for debtor refunds.
- Processing cash transfers.
- Taking card payments.
- Reconciliations.
- Update the database at all times.
- Reporting.
- Daily banking.
- Team management including 121's, training, coaching, mentoring and annual reviews.
- Process improvements.
