Acquisition Growth Lead: Data-Driven Optimisation

Dr. Martens is seeking a Senior Manager Acquisition Growth & Optimisation to lead the intelligence, audience and experimentation engine at the top of the customer funnel.

You will drive new customer acquisition, prioritise opportunities, and partner across Brand, Product, Customer Experience, Retention, Finance, Technology and Data & Analytics. This role focuses on improving cost to acquire while increasing first purchase value and ensuring measurable, profitable growth.
