Job Description
Location: Kingsmoor Lower School, Bedford, MK45 1EY - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FOR SPLIT SHIFTS
Hours: 20 hours per week, 7.30am-8.45am and 3.15pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday
Pay: Up to £12.71 (plus holiday pay)
Contract: Term time only - SEPTEMBER START

AtJunior Adventures Group , we’re not just childcare, we’re champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you’ll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to ourBreakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11.
This role issplit shift , meaning you’ll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You’ll also have the opportunity to increase your hours duringHoliday Club seasons andLunchtime Cover.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
- Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome .
- Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
- Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
- Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.

What we’re looking for:
- Someone wholoves working with children and brings apositive, can-do attitude
- A creative thinker who knows how toturn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience
- A team player who’s also confident running activities and managing a group
- Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but not essential, personality goes a long way!)
