Admin & Attendance Officer
Full-Time Temp to perm Immediate Start Available

Duties as an Admin and Attendance Officer:
- Monitor and maintain accurate pupil attendance records
- Follow up on absences and lateness in line with school procedures
- Produce attendance reports and data for senior leaders
- Manage pupil information using school management systems
- Provide reception and administrative support where required
- Respond professionally to parent, pupil, and staff enquiries
- Support admissions, record-keeping, and general office administration
- Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures
Ideal Admin and Attendance Officer:
- Previous experience working within a school setting is essential
- Experience managing attendance processes and pupil records
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience using school management systems (such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, or equivalent) is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work accurately and confidentially
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
