Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative, coordination and operational support for daily business activities
Maintain, update and manage records, databases, documentation and filing systems accurately
Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments and official communications
Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, service providers and vendors on operational matters
Assist in data compilation, tracking, reporting and project administration activities
Support the planning, coordination and execution of events, programmes and engagement initiatives
Undertake other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
