Duration – 7 months

40 hours per week. 4 days in the office, 1 day remotely.

Project Oman – LNG

Rate - £18 – 20 p/hr PAYE (approx £25ph Umbrella)

Duties include but not limited to:

• Manage project letters , number, issue and file.
• Organise SP access and access for new starters & visitors.
• Arrange IT access for new starters.
• Organise and manage office moves.
• Organise meetings - order catering, etc.
• Liaise with IT for conference room issues & manage general IT requirements for the project team.
• Organise business travel (flights, hotel, airport collections).
• Maintain project admin lists/ registers on SP.
• Organise project events - celebrations, VIP Visits, catering. Manage office supplies, including printers.
• Cross checking of expenses.
• Must be experienced users of Word/Excel/SharePoint/Docusign.
