Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars , schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for management and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence , including emails, mail, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Organize and maintain filing systems , both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills .
- High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications are a plus.
