Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain filing systems , both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments , including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, post, and phone calls, redirecting inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Order and manage office supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
