Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Develop and maintain project documentation , including reports, plans, and status updates.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
- Manage online calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate logistics for remote collaboration.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of administrative materials and communications.
- Maintain and update databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator , Project Administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a remote setting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly desirable.
