Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the departmental calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required by the team.
- Provide administrative support to team members, assisting with various operational tasks.
- Manage office resources, including supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and optimal use.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Administrative or Coordinator role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
