Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the complex diaries and calendars of senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Act as a key liaison for the executive team, handling inquiries and directing communication appropriately.
- Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure operational readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
