Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in a remote environment.
- Develop, implement, and refine administrative policies, procedures, and systems to support business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of administrative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Manage office resources, including budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-efficiency and value.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards across administrative functions.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication channels effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing administrative operations .
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong understanding of office management principles, process improvement, and organisational development.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with various project management and collaboration tools.
