Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas and minutes for departmental gatherings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems with meticulous accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for senior management.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the efficient operation of office equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or officer role is essential.
