Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the office.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
- Support with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and workstation setup.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Administrative Officer or similar role, ideally within a corporate setting.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
