Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to departmental staff, including managing correspondence and filing systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records, ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other departmental documents.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably as an Administrative Officer .
- Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and document preparation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts.
