Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and departments, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, acting as a professional point of contact.
- Organise and maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistical requirements, both in-person and virtual.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a demanding Administrative Support or Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and tact.
